Direction la capitale pour découvrir un sublime appartement contemporain parisien – réalisé par l’architecte Regis Botta pour Mr et Mme W…
L’appartement Ws’étend sur 200m2 situé au pied de la Tour Effeil à Paris pour un couple et sa fille. Signé par l’architecte français Regis Botta qui confie avoir conçu cet appartement comme un objet d’architecture. Il est le « manifeste » de son esthétique… Il met en forme de manière épurée et contemporaine la notion de Chic Parisien !
On aime les touches luxueuses qui font la différence comme ce parquet en chêne massif mis en œuvre tel une marqueterie, chacune des lames est réalisée sur mesure pour que les seules découpes visibles soient créées par le grand maillage. La lumière perfore le plafond sculpté – qui participe à la construction de l’espace… Et des matériaux prestigieux comme l’inox brossé, les laques, le cuir…

Atelier Heiss Architects designed a contemporary extension to an existing house in Vienna, Austria. A drastic reconstruction preserving only the facade facing the street created a symbiosis of restraint and generosity. While the conventional design of the house on the outside seems almost anonymous, the open structure towards the garden speaks a modern architectural language. The interior design of the house gave birth to this new extension with the same spacious and warm characteristics. The overall layout is inspirational in more ways than one especially with the impeccable implementation of the house floor plans considering that the site became its primary restraint.
